Re: The Wrap
Apparently not. However if you send a copy to the email address you do get a reply and the content of your email is forwarded to the production team.

Re: The Wrap
Totally agree with all comments
The "Wrap" is the wrong way to go - News first and front page reviews at 19.30 much better format
also couldn't they afford a bigger desk ? When there are 2 commentators on one side it's like they have to sit on someone's lap 🤣

Re: Te Wrap
The new background is distracting and hard on the eyes! Simply awful..
I don't feel the newspaper headlines are as easy to read as the camera sits further back to get both presenters in frame...
Also, i liked the presenters side by side. You could see the others expression when the other was giving their view etc... at times conversing on a point. So that element has gone now!
I'm up for change but i think Sky have lost the flow and focus here.

Re: The Wrap
the new format makes it difficult to find the actual, hard news amidst the "cheese and wine" conversational style. Revert back to the original news format...what I would like post 10pm to 1030pm news is a programme similar to BBC's Newsnight but longer than their 39 min

Re: The Wrap
As mentioned above.
Fine to present your comments on this community.
But please do also send an email to the Sky Viewer relations team as below, to report your views on this new programme format. I myself have done so with my dislikes of this new programme format.
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails for your queries and will pass into the relevant Sky production teams.

Re: The Wrap
Wrap up The Wrap!
News from.reporters on location should be the paramount focus at 10.00pm not desk bound scribes like Sarah Vine or Mathew Parris. Why reduce actual camera footage and evidence with London based columnists grandstanding their dinner party opinions!
The presentation is appalling! That claustrophobic studio and cramped idesk. The carousel camera. The intrusive graphics.
I had always relied on SKY for mature, balanced news ' I am NOT watching this abomination ever again.
So ITV NEWS AT TEN for me.

Re: The Wrap
Apart from the vertigo inducing camera movement, The Wrap set is way way too gaudy. It's almost impossible to see the panel because the backdrop colours are so strong. It just doesn't work.

Re: The Wrap
Did get a reply from my email to the VR team, so at least glad it's been passed on;
Thank you very much for taking the time to contact us about our new Sky News late night programme 'The Wrap'.
More than the news at 10, The Wrap will have a new format that increasingly values context and live discussion alongside breaking news, ensuring audiences get 'The Full Story, First'.
Please be assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant editorial and production teams. They continually review viewer reactions to ensure that our output remains accessible and appropriate for the widest possible audience.
We value your loyalty to Sky News and are sorry to hear that this change has left you feeling disappointed. Thank you again for getting in touch and for giving us the opportunity to consider your concerns.

Re: The Wrap
Flicked this on last night to see what all the fuss was about. Agree that it does look somewhat unconventional.
I wonder if the belief is that anyone wanting a more traditional looking news program at 10pm will likely watch BBC or ITV instead so Sky have gone for a completely different look to appeal to a younger/different audience?

Re: The Wrap
If your supposition is correct it is totally ruining it for the rest of us. Unless we don't matter of course.

Re: The Wrap
totally agree with all the posts on this subject. I feel sea sick watching the wrap press reviews. There has been some improvement in the last few days but the camera can't keep still even so! It's useless showing up the headlines when they are at an angle. The old format was better in every respect. You could just concentrate on the issues being discussed and the presented could see bot particpants without having to keep turning their head.

Re: The Wrap
I messaged Sky within the first 15 minutes of day one, saying all of the above comments, already feeling quite motion sick and suffering retina burn from the background. But even watching guests falling off the ends of a comedy-sized desk hasn't held my interest and I now miss the 10pm news summary of the day so much, I've completely lost interest and have gone back to BBC. I have no desire to watch a news discussion in a rave tent as I wind down for bed. I just want a clear, concise news round-up in 30 minutes, with, adult discussion in the following 30 minutes if I have more time, and all set in a relaxing environment conducive to bedtime.
(Also, wondering why the studio changed at the weekend?)
I've watched the 10pm news and press preview nearly every night on Sky for as long as I can remember. It's the only programme I've watched so regularly and for so long. if it's not broken don't fix it! Now it's broken and needs fixing.

Re: The Wrap
I've watched Sky News for some years and I think The Wrap is a different way forward that needed doing.
But the format seems wrong.
The glittering background is way over the top.
All the presenters and guests have to wear either black or white clothing or else they would merge in to the background - most look like they've turned up at a wake.
The presenters head is on a swivel as they look from one guest to another where's the previous format of looking straight at both guests worked perfectly well.
Get a grip Wrap .......

Re: The Wrap
I absolutely detest this new version of the Press Preview and the lack of hourly news.
I am loyal simply out of habit currently and still have it in my favourites. But I will be switching to another news station.
Tonight really took the biscuit. Rory Bremner. Seriously?
And is Anna simply incapable of being both fair and inclusive in the amount of time she spends turned towards each of the guests?
Why is it she seems to go out of her way to contort herself completely towards the speaking guest whilst managing to turn a very literal cold shoulder to the other poor guest?
Additionally, I really dislike the colour schemes, the overly 'noisy' or fussy backdrop, I really hate the sound bars - or whatever - that move up and down, and the camera angles are shocking. I find it hard to read text on TV screens generally but the new camera angle for the newspapers' front pages is abysmal altogether. Bring back the press preview.
