Just watched the wrap news feed and have one comment... Can you please keep the camera still. I felt seasick after only a few minutes... Why does it all need to be moving all the time? Even the graphics behind the presenters have stupid symbols going up and down like childish pokemon. Is this aimed at attention deficit adolescents who won't watch or designer to alienate a dults actually looking for some interesting news and debate. Poor, don't think I will bother watching any more. And a shame, used to avidly watch sky News and press review. No t broke don't fix.

Agreed. The Wrap is simply way too busy, and is too focused on trying to be different and 'modern' (but somehow ends up looking stereotyped and just plain silly). Too much moving camerawork, too many changing angles, too much distraction (especially in the background) and too much to focus on, let alone listen to the actual voices of the guests. It left me feeling like I had vertigo and a smack on the head. Utterly dreadful. Was a fan of the old, old Sky News Press Preview — but this new 'The Wrap' is a step in the wrong direction. So — after more than a decade of watching the paper review — it's a bye-bye from me...

Re: Te Wrap
Must admit the camera moves were very off putting and like you say made you feel kind of sea sick.
The daft way also of zooming over to the papers just did not work and again the camera moving up and down with all the graphics moving around the paper too was awful to watch and the zooming into the paper just had the text out of focus.
Would suggest as I will be doing, sending an email to the Sky Viewer relations team to report it;
ViewerR@sky.uk
They do respond to emails with any updates for your queries or problems and will pass into the relevant Sky production teams.

Re: Te Wrap
Sky need to reinstate News at Ten and then start the wrap at 10.30pm. I want to watch the news before watching a discussion about the news. Now I will have to watch the news on BBC or ITV first

Re: Te Wrap
I agree with all comments so far. The Wrap is far too glitzy and dreadfully over the top. I want to hear the news first and then have the comments. Also please tell the panel to calm down! We really don't need Kevin McGuire trying to be funny at every opportunity.
I'm sorry Sky News but this is a spectacular fail which really isn't very impressive! Please change the content before I'm forced to change channels!

Unfortunately i suspect that is unlikely to happen, as the launch of The Wrap is seemingly related to how news consumption has changed, with the majority catching up with news headlines throughout the day on social media, and on news websites and these debate/conversational shows becoming increasingly popular through the medium of YouTube videos and podcasts.

Re: The Wrap
My wife and I have watched Sky News "The Papers" pretty much every night
since it was first launched.
Now we have "The Wrap"... Oh dear 😞
The background 'city scape' is far too bright; why should we feel the
need to wear sunglasses to watch TV?
The symbols behind the presenters that bounce up and down are hugely
distracting; just watch the first episode when you cut to a closeup of
Sarah Vine.
The position of the screen showing the front pages is really awful. Not
only does the camera need to pan and zoom to get it into view (in a
crazy motion sickness inducing manner) but the resultant image is very
difficult to read. Please just go back to the image of the front page
behind the presenter and panelists.
I'm sorry to say that this redesign is a huge fail from Sky News.
You've broken something that worked very well.
