The Simpsons Series 36

When will series 36 be playing on Atlantic? It's been on in the states a few months now and we're not usually this far behind them.

The Geektown website as saying although it is to be confirmed it could be January. If you use the website you can set yourself up an email notification.

Probably January on Sky Showcase (doesn't air on any other Sky channel),  considering they have no On Demand or Catch Up Rights suprised they still show it.

The last number of seasons (since season 28) sky have started in January on sky one/showcase which has been great as then they can put on a new episode weekly until they finish the season up at the end of may

The only occasional  recent break to this is that sometimes if  there is a christmas themed episode they may show it on Christmas eve. (Not in season 35 though they did in season 34 and some of the earlier seasons)

Although I also note in both season 34 and season 35 (s35 Halloween episode was just shown 2 sundays ago), they held back the Halloween episode until the following Halloween.

Despite having disney plus, I still watch episodes on sky showcase.

It is probably easiest and most enjoyable series to drop in and out of at leisure.

Sky do show it plenty so I'm sure the rights represents value for money for them. ( maybr the rights deal signed in 199 something didn't expect it to be still running  running 36 seasons later, which might also be part of reason not on catch up)

Sky Showcase will not be showing season 36, E4 and Channel 4 (streaming) will: 

"As part of the collaboration, the newest episodes of the hit series, starting with season 36, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ in the spring of next year prior to airing on E4 and becoming available on Channel 4’s streaming platform."

@Jade118 Looks like Sky are slot sharing with E4 but sky still showing newer seasons
