@Super+Anthony  Contact the channel owners, Sky can't just put a channel on without extensive negotiations taking place, it's more complicated than people think.

That's TV is not currently available on Sky Stream but it is available on Sky satellite (channels 183 for That's TV, 366 for That's 60s). The primary reason for its absence on Stream is a difference in carriage agreements between traditional satellite broadcasting and the streaming-only platform.

@Super+Anthony  As noted already it's not sky's decision to make the channel owner has to what the channel to be on stream if they don't then there's nothing sky can do

contact the channel owner and ask them what their position is on joining stream

Sky claims that channels on Sky Glass and Stream must be in HD.

An example of this is with the Talking Pictures TV discussion on here where Talking Pictures TV has claimed that for a channel to be put on Sky Glass and Sky Stream, that it must be broadcasting in HD for all content and this is a technical specification outlined by Sky. 

I would assume it's the same reason why That's TV channels, as well as Rewind TV are not on Sky Glass/Stream. 

However, there are a few SD channels on Sky Glass/Stream, so it seems like there's "different rules for different people", as the following are on Sky Glass/Stream and in SD:

I feel that next year, maybe not That's TV, although it would be good if they did launch on Sky Stream, but I am hopeful that we will definitely get Talking Pictures on Sky Stream, this is because, Talking Pictures are among a few new channels such as ones from U TV, "Starting Streaming On Freely In 2026", in which case, if they are upgrading their technology in order to Stream its channel, I'm sure that Talking Pictures will be added to Sky Stream.

Obvioisly, the fact that the Freely platform appears to be growing with more channels turning to Streaming, I'm sure that more channels will announce over the coming year that they will, so if That's TV is one of those channels, I'm sure we will get their channels on Sky Stream.

I think that the launch of the Freely platform last year, with a view to move Television to Streaming in the years to come, can only be a good thing from the point of view of Sky Stream and Sky Glass etc.  Viewers, because, obviously, if a channel such ad Talking Pictures TV announce they will be launching on a platform such as "Freely", obviously, the fact they will be Streaming, surely means that they will also be able to launch on Sky Stream etc.  As they will be able to Stream on this platform.
