TNT Discovery

I have subscribted to TNTDiscovery on my laptop and can access it on my laptop. When I try to access it on my TV I am told I need to upgrade my package. I have a subscription with Sky for the TV.

@ECRM  to watch on your sky hardware you needed to order through the hardware itself or phone sky

 

you have purchased a mobile device/tv app subscription with discovery plus direct which doesn't give access through your sky box unless you login to the app on your sky box using the credentials you created at signup

What do you mean by 'log in to the app on your skybox using the credentials you created at sign-up'? Where would I find the app on my Skybox and what credentials would be included in my sign-up?

There are apps on Sky Q & Sky stream boxes, or do you stuill have Sky+HD?

One of which is the Discovery+ app.  You MUST have signed up to Discovery+/TNT to have been able to subscribe online?  Therefore yiuuse those details on the Discovery+ app on the Sky Q box

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@ECRM  Credentials mean the email/username and password you chose when you signed up through the app on your laptop 

 

I am assuming you either have sky Q, glass or stream find the discovery plus app within the app section of the hardware you have and sign into using the above credentials
