I could not find any definition for this error code from Sky but since you are receiving it when trying to open the additional Sky Sports+ matches, it seems like it is happening while starting the interactive stream.
Sky Q:
- Ensure that your Q box has an active broadband connection as the additional Sky Sports+ stream is provided over the internet.
- You should also try rebooting your Q box via power off and on process for about 30 seconds.
- Another step that might work is refreshing the apps: Home > select Settings > 0 0 1 > Select > Apps > Refresh all Apps on this box.
Sky Glass or Sky Stream:
- Perform resetting the Glass TV/Stream puck: Settings > System management > Resets & updates > Restart device.
- Alternatively, you can try Settings > System management > Resets & updates > Refresh apps.
- Also, don't forget to reboot your broadband router especially when none of the additional matches are loading.
If the other Sky Sports+ channels function and there is just one particular channel which gives WGJ4, then it would seem to be more like a problem from Sky's side than your hardware.
If all of the other channels give WGJ4 after the above test, then I would recommend contacting Sky as it may be an entitlement problem.
Disney+ • Paramount+ • HBO Max • Discovery+
