Re: Sky nfl coverage from 2025

Yes maybe but Ive been watching pftpm on youtube and Mike Florio said he would try to give Sky viewers a version of the show with game highlights edited out. So if PFT reappears on Sky it might not indicate that Sky have done a deal

Re: Sky nfl coverage from 2025

Just watched the latest PFT PM on youtube posted by Mike Florio yesterday . He said that as far as he knew PFT will be back on Monday 28th on Sky Action . No news about actual games on Sky .

That must have been a mistake as there's Lions coverage 24/7 on Sky Sports Action during that entire week

GMF moves to Sky Sports Mix that week so it's possible it got moved to another channel but it's not listed in the EPG at all unlike GMF

It comes up on my sky q epg for 6pm on sky sports mix on 28th July

I think we just need to wait for confirmation, then trying to read between various lines, and make guesses.

The fact there isn't any concrete rumours just indicate nothing has been confirmed yet.

It's interesting as well that with the changes to the sports EPG listing that Sky sports action that normally changes to NFL for the season has moved to 412

this to me seems to suggest that any proposed new deal for Sky doesn't include the dedicated NFL channel as it would look odd to have a dedicated sports channel separate from the rest in the listings

Re: Sky nfl coverage from 2025

Sky are not showing PFT on their channels after 30th July 2025.

They had PFT from Monday 28th July when they returned from their hiatus, it was shown on Sky until Thursday 31st July and then it dissapeared from the schedule display.

I cannot find any information from SKY or anyone in authority regards the future of the NFL, PFT, Redzone or any other NFL coverage anywhere.

Its as if SKY have magiced its coverage and any information to its subscibers of Sky Sports into a corporate black hole.

I am putting Sky on notice, if they do not continue with their coverage of the above NFL programme outlets, PFT, Redzone, etc, I for one will be cancelling my SKy Sports subscriptions. F1 isnt enough for me to keep up with the payments.

the NFL really need to agree terms.

but with the news NFL has agreed to sell Red Zone and NFL media Assets to ESPN, it does seem that maybe the apparent reluctance might have been based on those negotiations reaching completion.
