Viewing card. My box keeps asking me to insert my viewing card. I'm not aware I was ever given one?

If you have a Sky Q or Sky+HD box with a Sky subscription it wouldn't work without a viewing card.

Box is crazy, as it's now working again. I've been with Sky for over 10 years and it's only just recently it's started playing up!

Which Box, Sky +HD or Sky Q?
