Sky VIP Silver

What exactly are the parameters for the Sky VIP rating you are given? Is it based upon the number of sky products that you have? If so I am confused as I am currently a proud Sky VIP Silver account holder but I have Sky tv, sky broadband and talk, 4 sky mobile phones / sims and a sky mobile tablet. What do you have to do to get gold and platinum!

@Joe165

It's based on the length of continuous subscription(s).

Re: Sky VIP Silver

Hello!
Your Sky VIP ratings are determined according to various criteria, such as your product portfolio, account history, and overall engagement, not just how many products you have. Unfortunately, the criteria for joining Gold and Platinum levels are not publicly disclosed. You may contact Sky directly.

As mentioned above.

Your Sky VIP tier is based on how long you’ve continuously had either Sky TV, Sky Mobile, Sky Talk and/or Sky Broadband:

  • Silver: 0 – 3 years
  • Gold: 3 – 8 years
  • Platinum: 8 – 15 years
  • Diamond: 15+ years

@Joe165

It has been known for customers who have moved from Sky Q to Glass to lose their current VIP level and drop down.
