Re: No access to tv channels
Both Sky+ and Sky Q are satellite boxes. I'm assuming you have Sky+. Have you ever ordered, then cancelled Sky Q?

Re: No access to tv channels
Mark was sent Sky Q last November 2024 but it was never installed. Entered into new agreement 12/11/2024 Sky signature. No problems until now then this message appeared. Thank you.

Re: No access to tv channels
Unfortunately when you order Sky Q your Sky+ Viewing Card is marked for future deactivation. That's what appears to have happened now. You'll need to contact Sky to request a replacement Viewing Card.

Sky Q wouldn't have been 'sent' to you. An engineer would have brought it and changed the LNB on the dish as well?

It was the engineer but he didn't touch anything. He didn't leave the box.

Re: No access to tv channels
Would you have a telephone number please? I have tried every number for customer service and it reverts me back to the forum (sending a text)

Re: No access to tv channels
@Mannang1
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use the following link
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
