So are Sky going to tell us what the issue was, while we're all wasting money trying to legally watch football on an app that failed miserably, all of the illegal streams worked perfectly.

Sky is a shambles at the moment. You have a problem can't get any credible response from anyone. Amazingly they can ring you constantly to upgrade etc or offer you a new contract because you are a Sky vip member . And guess what that contract actually never works out cheaper than you have already have.

They have a Soccer Special program with pundits etc  running parallel to the streaming. Why can't they just say something on there and apologise at least. We will have some of your advertising Revenue  refunded to us 🤔.

sky sports went off last night not paying for no viewing

sat down last night to watch a match and sports went off got tecnical fault all over tv screen it never came on again not paying for no viewing

@skyboy2  You won't be able to simply withold paytment from Sky, if you do you'll end up with services restricted.  If you feel Sky owe you a few pence off your bill for last nights issue give them a call, but don't expect anthing like your mothly subs being refunded.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We know some customers had trouble watching last night’s EFL streams due to technical difficulties.

 

Our support teams worked to fix this as a priority and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

I rely on this service to follow the love of my life. Sorry doesn't compensate for the stress and frustration caused. 

If my payment next month suddenly didn't work I'm sure there would be come back.

Not a great answer. I bet all, not most, customers had the issue, and it wasn't fixed in time to watch the matches. I'll be "banking" this issue and it'll be coming up for discussion at renewal. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

SKYSPORTS + signal fault

Last evening i was watching a foot ball game on the above mentioned channel and it just kept disappearing . it would come back for a few minuites and then fail again, so frustrating, i know lots were affected.

Anyone know what the issue was and why it was not fixed quickly?

The added frustation is the you cant actually speak to technical service after 9pm.

9pm is peak viewing time so not being able to speak to someone about issues is uttery dispgracefull. 

People pay a lot of money for the service but to not be able to speak with someone is very poor.

 

I bet if i wanted to add something to my package someone would be available.

 

Sky need to address this promply

I did raise a complaint and the reply was as sky employee Chloe-W22 posted.  Technical issues, sorry.......  and that's it. No accountability from sky
