Sky Community

I was informed via telephone conversation that Sky Community does not exist. I conducted the conversation via WhatsApp and communicated that way. But the last telcon confirmed there is no such department within Sky.

Sky Promotions Department

I received an offer from Sky promotions for being a loyal Customer and especially after experiencing a lot of connection issues. I received an offer of 30% off my overall bill as Sky did not want to loose more Clients. This offer did not materialise as I was later informed there is no such Sky Promotions Team, nor did there exist Sky Community.

@Flavia2912  The Sky community is where you have posted and is. a customer helps customer setup, did you mean to ask about the Sky Accessibility Team? as they do exist. https://www.skyaccessibility.sky

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Flavia2912

There are many departments within Sky and as customers we can't hope to know the current names for all of them.

Who told you there was no Sky Community as you've now discovered they were wrong? How did you receive the offer from the 'Sky Promotions Team'? Are you happy it was genuinely Sky and not a scam?

Sky has started using outbound WhatsApp to promote migration to full fibre.

Of course, it's also a really convenient way to get scammed....

Does it support two way TXT communication ... the OP implied communication by voice🤔
