Sky Atlantic: "All her fault" problem

I have managed to fix my issue by deleting downloaded episode and recording it in SD not HD

Ep 6 in HD downloads and plays fine for me. Its the UHD version that wont play.

Episode 6 download of this series via ondemand sky atlantic only showing white screen.

All other episodes are ok.

Anyone else having same problem?

I did the same as HORNBYPNE and Sparkymatt100.

SD version seems to start OK but only watched the "previousl" section .

Episodes 7 and 8 appear to have downloaded in UHD OK but not tried to watch them yet

So we have not been able to watch this hugely advertised series as it freezes on Episode 1 after a few minutes.

However we try to delete and download again it simply goes to the same faulty episode.

I can't believe Sky haven't sorted this out and it is very frustrating!

Managed to download and watch ep 6 and 7 in UHD without a problem. Downloaded and played fine, whereas before, they would download but not play, just a black screen.

Ours stops at 19 minutes on the first episode. This is very annoying to see it's been an ongoing issue and not solved.

We get to episode 8 and around 39 minutes in before it just freezes

Same issue here. Gets to 11 mins only episode 1 and then stops. Is thua likely to be resolved any time soon?

I resolved it by going into all formats and downloading in standard HD rather than UHD. I think! The lesser of the two. All episodes played fine and can't say I noticed any difference in quality. Pretty poor that users have to find a work around though.
