@Com-fort  Your post has been moved from the SKy Go Board as this isnt a Sky Go app related issue.

 

It's not clear also what this has to do with any of Sky's services?  Do you have SKy Broadband?   Are other devices working?

 

I've checked on my Samsu n TV anf no issiues with TV+

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
