Rugby League on SkySports+

Saw the Salford game last night on SkySports+ but cannot find any of the rest of this weekend's games on the channel, only football. As I pay for the full sky sports package surely they should be available to view without having to go through the tortuous process of livestreaming them, which does not seem possible on my television set?

Unfortunately it appears that all the Sky Sports+ advertising makes a point of mentioning that all the extra sport it features is live. 

There is no mention of being able to record matches or whether full matches will be made available to stream or download at a later date.

Do you have a SKY HD box rather than SKY Q ?

The app is availble on SKY Q but unfortunately, not on SKY HD (which doesn;t support apps, of course)

Yes. Just phoned the technical department and they said the games tonight were not being livestreamed anyaway becuse Sky had not been granted permission by the broadcaster

i wish you could get the extra matches on sky sports web site. if you have  not got  a smart phone or tablet. if you are watching something on else on the tv you are getting  less sport than before.

Both of tonight's Super League games are available to stream on the Sky Sports Mobile App and, I assume, via the App on Sky Q and Sky Stream.

That contradicts the information given by Sky technical dept. Unable to stream on my laptop and told that Sky had not been granted permission to livesttream

As far as I know there is no laptop version of the App. Only mobile/tablet.

Unfortunately the Sky Customer service team don't always provide the correct information.

So just been watching Olympics. If it isn't bad enough sky have rugby league matches on at the same time and you can't watch them all without blabbing the score of other matches during a game, when you might have recorded others to watch later! I just settled down to watch one of tonight's games, but can't!! Live stream only. Pause or rewind. So either watch it live or tough. Yesterday I could record all 6 rugby league matches. Sky sports+ only 2 now and watch others live only. So once again rugby league being treated crap by sky sports. This is not better. How sky believes it is would be good to hear??!!! Rubbish. Dreadful... joke. But I'm not laughing.

Thank you for the info. Unfortunately no use to me as I need a larger screen due to visual problems, but pity the Sky technical team seem to have given false info. At least I won't waste any more time ringing them.

SKY sort it out for God's sake! Sky sports + for rugby league coverage is pants, unable to record all games only live stream. In the space of a week gone from being able to record and watch every game to having to watch 2nd rate football down the pub because the channel doesn't work in the pub. You've got channels for F1, golf cricket and even tennis (god knows why) now is the time you made a dedicated rugby channel, there's enough content out there if you combine league and union! Sort it out! Lose rugby, lose a large amount of subscribers, it's getting worse not better!

This so called great skysports plus is an absolute joke and rip off especially to the real rugby league fans I live in scotland and can't get to as many games as I would like so relied on sky and the recording of games to watch at my leisure but now this channel has spoiled my watching not only do I miss out on the games I want to watch but have to pay for that pleasure I also have to be in the house to watch the only game as I can't pre record like I used to well done sky on isolating a true fans of Rugby league and hope that this is just temporary and they go back to the way it was and  the rugby fans don't get pushed aside by other sports what happened to sport for all
