I don't see what calling Sky will acheive as no CS adviser can make the channel appear before it's even added to the EPG.

New channels get added between 10am-midday. Rewind has just been added so you should be able to see it on 190 now.

Are you still unable to see Rewind TV on 190? It's definitely there now.

We are all customers, you're not talking to Sky.

It's there, but there's no series linking, which is a nuisance.

Because a non-Sky channel specifically showing forty-year-old* television was slightly late appearing in the EPG?
*44 years 10 months for S1E1 of 'Sapphire and Steel', and JL doesn't look a day older ; )

Yes its time to go,because its been playing up for a couple of years now, loosing channels, not getting new channels, unplugging it and plugging it back in all the time...lost confidence in it..no one on phone to help with tech, its all a robot, the systems rubbish to be fair..after all been with them 9 years so have given it a chance...

Hardly surprising seeing how the broadcasting world is all going to streaming. Sky can't control if third party broadcasters decide to close there linear channels to prioritise their streaming apps. In fact this is going to continue with Channel 4 planning on closing a number of the linear channels by the end of the decade, with their portfolio of music channels due to be turned off by the end of this year i believe.
