Resident alien no longer available

What has happened to resident Alien my sky is saying no longer available for any episode

The episodes would be on Catchup so would be available for 30 days after they were broadcast, if you do a search episodes 1-9 from series 2 are showing as being available to view from on demand.

The episodes from the 2nd half of season 2 (episode 9 to 16) were all made available when episode 9 aired, however they are now not for some reason. They deffinitely were available as I have seen up to episode 11. You can currently only download season 1, not even the episodes from the 1st half of season 2 that aired months ago. They show up and appear downloadable, but all that happens when you click on them is a message appears that says "Sorry, this item is not longer availalbe." This is the case on my Sky Q main box and minis, however it will let me download the episode to my tablet using Sky Go. It is not much use though, as some episodes are missing (9, 12, 15 and 16).

All Episodes are available to Download on my Sky+HD box.

It is kind of working now, but the downloads took a few attempts to actually work without failing and the downloaded episodes are missing their thumbnails and not being grouped into folders so clearly there is still some sort of issue with it.
