Remote control

My remote control is not working now I've changed the battery still nothing I have to use the remote control from another room can you send me a new remote thank you

You haven;'t said which box you have, is it  Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi I dont have any remotes for the boxes in my bedroom . I cant use the lounge one and my last two have broken when dropped . Can you send me a remote please .

If you have Sky Q (you haven't said) if you follow this link it should send you to a form to request a replacement (I’m not sure if this is available to customers in the Republic of Ireland).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help
