Red button programmes
Why doesn't sky advertise red button programmes or start times on the TV guide? Even if you come across a red button programme where coverage hasnt yet started there is no time given when it will, page just says starts shortly etc rather than giving a time. I've lost count of the times I'm watching a sports channel when an alternative event is available on red button that I didn't know about.

By definition 'Red Button' content doesn't belong in the broadcast EPG list because it's not being carried on a numbered channel. While there may well be better ways of indicating such content is available, that's not an appropriate listing method.

Re: Red button programmes
You'll sometimes find them in the menus on SkyQ - having a look through the sports section will sometimes show upcoming red button events,

Re: Red button programmes
As mentioned above, the red button content is laid out in the Sky box menu rails.
Look for the main sports rail or via the individual sport rails for live events that will show the ones upcoming or available to watch live.
Also, check the Sky Sports app or Sky sports website website 'live on sky' listings as they often list the red button stream alternatives.
Notice though that the 'live on sky' is starting to list for next month the Sky Sports+ extra stream listings now, so may reduce the red button options going forward.
