No paramount plus

I'm a new customer and I've upgraded to sky cinema. In doing so I get paramount plus for nothing. However the app doesn't load either on the tv or phone, I just get an error message 406.

Thanks for your message, 

 

I've tried all the  steps to no avail, I went to a friend's house earlier and they're having the same issues.  I've activated the discovery channel and netflix without any problems, but with paramount +, it just won't have it. I've tried signing in, I've tried activating it with the qr code?, but keep getting error codes 406 forbidden,403 aswell. I think it's an issue with the app rather than me. This is happening on the phone and tv!
