As indicated in other posts, Sky cannot deny any legal UK channel an EPG listing. Billing disputes would be with the channel owner(s)

Sky can not pass your payment details on to a third-party channel - so it would seem somebody has logged into the channel's website and entered your payment details.
I think if you try and activate these channels on your Sky box - it only gives you contact details for the channel direct to activate them.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe viewing card number is a part of the request from the channel on their website and telephone when the activation details are entered.
If you call Viaplay or BT - they have to ask as well as Sky will not provide it.
They use the viewing card number to activate the Sky card - they do not get the card number from Sky. The caller has to provide the card number.
But if you feel it is an old card - then Sky may be able to provide you with the old card number to provide to the third party channel.
If you cancel you Sky subscription - you also need to notify any third-party channels as well.
Even if you cancel Sky TV - the third party channels will continue to work.
