Paramount + not working

It is without doubt the most unreliable app on sky I've never had a problem with any of the other ones but paramount plus is a joke

That will have been a coincidence in timings. As can be seen in the link @ozsat  posted earlier, it was a wider problem affecting all Paramount+ users, not only Sky Paramount+ users. It was completely wrecked from about 17:30-20:30 according to that graph, then came back. Asking here "how long will it be" would only have yeilded speculation from other Sky customers  - none of us here would have been the Paramount+ staff working furiously to fix whatever broke.

DownDetector shows there was a major problem with Paramount+ from around 17:30-20:00. It was down on all platforms. I couldn't get it working on my TV's built in app or Amazon Firestick.

I'm really sorry to see Paramount+ on Sky Q was experiencing some issues last night. I can confirm this was resolved quickly by our support teams.
