Morning all,

 

I'm really sorry to see Paramount+ on Sky Q was experiencing some issues last night. I can confirm this was resolved quickly by our support teams.

Paramount

I have just upgraded my Paramount+ to add free now I have no Paramount it's just the blue screen nothing else. My internet is working. I've green 40 mins on phone and then got transferred to someone who had no idea what I was talking about. I am disgusted

@AngieV   I think that is what is called being economical with your words.😃

This is a forum of mainly Sky customers trying to help others with problems. Unfortunately we need a bit more than that in order to help.

To start off what Sky product do you have, Sky+, SkyQ, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?  Secondly does everything else work but just not Paramount+?

I wonder if this is a Paramount problem, I can't get on either.  Just the blue paramount screen.  We were watching DS9 and went to the next episode and it went off.

We have sky Q - tried hard restart on tv's, sky boxes and router- same paramount issue - stuck on the paramount screen - all other apps are working.

I was Watchibg Mayor of Kingstown it just hung. I upgraded today and yup just Blue screen. Customer service was not helpful sadly. I hope it is a Paramount problem or maybe a Sky problem dealing with my upgrade

Have exact same issue. 

Have refreshed the apps and nothing then decided to do a restart and still nothing. 

 

All other apps work fine.

But like many people i had issues with Paramount Plus. 

And it is happening again. 

Hopefully someone can advise.

Paramount +

Today I can't get paramount +. As soon as I tap watch it flicks to the blue screen. What's gone wrong?

Refreshed the apps on sky stream, everything working apart from paramount plus, doesn't work either trying on a digital tv outwith sky, so has to be a paramount plus fault
