Paramount spinning not loading

Does anyone know why Paramount may stop loading and just spin?

@Brams1728   Presuming you are on Stream.  Try going to Settings the System management and select App refresh. This will take a few minutes.  Also have to tried the Restart option in the same menu?  Either of these may help.
