Channel 4

Channel 4 App has suddenly stopped working, can load from on ment screen but when I select a programme, the screen goes blank and an error message comes up? It's been like this for months now?

Is there an error number given?

What does the error message say?

I've also had this issue, haven't been able to access due to error 4402-NETWORK-TIMEOUT and another one that pops up from time to time. No help, no support, the customer service here is questionable to say the least. Not impressed at all!
