Paramount Plus
Hi,
I have paramount plus, and I pay the upgrade fee, however today when I log in, it just takes me to the signup page. I have tried logging in on the mobile and the same thing.
I have tried reducing my package and I get a message on sky that says there are problems right now and it signs me out of my sky account and deletes my basket.
When i goto https://www.sky.com/paramountplus-activate it says i am linked with Paramount Plus.
Paramount Plus have said that I am not linked and are going to contact Sky.
What is going on???? It was working a day or so ago, I am unable to unlink my account, unable to link my account and unable to watch anything

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

No results yet, still dealing with chat. Few ideas but nothing works.
I have deleted my accounts with paramount and still doesn't work.
I wish that it was as simple as someone. going into sky account removing the link and allowing it to be setup from scratch
Sadly 12 days later nothing
