How did you subscribe? Phone or online? And are you in UK or ROI?
If you're in the UK yYou don't use your Sky login.
You create a new account,or the one you created when you started your Premier Sports subscription online.
Once you're logged into your new Premier Sports account you link the account to your Sky viewing card number..
It has been a long time since I did this so you may need to call if you can't find the page, or use their online chat.
