Totally lost
I got Netflix added yesterday ok on the free 4 months sky offer. Then I got a msg that, even tho it is active, an engineer is due to call. I don't need this so why are they saying this. I went online chat but just was put round in circles. No help at all. The engineer mite not hopefully call.
