No satellite signal on sky box

I have no satellite signal on my sky box. Thios is just one of the continuing problems with Sky Broadband, when can I withdraw from Sky Broadband and transfer to a broadband that works?

What TV service do you have, as Sky Broadband has nothing to do with a satellite signal on a Sky+ or Sky Q box.

No satellite signal has nothing to do with your Broadband. Which do you have; Sky Q or Sky+ ?
