Hi, trying to watch the live olympics channels so I go to here.
I then get this
following the qr code, I get this
as you can see, I'm logged into my sky account. MySky says I just need to activate discovery+. This isn't working, has anyone got any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried accessing the sky.com/discoveryplus-activate URL from a different web browser rather than safari? Also its worth making sure you don't have any VPNs running when trying to access the URL as they are known to cause issues on some parts of Sky's site.

I've tried your suggestion in the Edge Browser on MacOS, same result unfortunately.

This has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
You may need to refresh your browser for the chat bubble to appear.
Responses from the messages team aren't immediate so you need to check the chat often to see when they are replied. The chat bubble will also be present for 48 hours. Its worth noting the messaging team will ask you to verify your identity so they can confirm you are the account holder.

Ok, well here we are, 1st October. Still no resolution to this. The olympics came and went, supposed to be receiving discovery+ standard subscription for free.
App subs page now displays:
My discovery+ account is using the same email address as my sky id.
still getting this:
Bit frustrating, any more ideas would be great, thanks.

What did Sky say on the Chat they invited you to??
