When you pay for the premium tier for all the streaming apps you use. Thats the only way to stop seeing adverts.

 

Obviously you can't remove adverts from Live TV.

If you have Glass or Stream, that can happen where you've Playlisted content which the transmission channel doesn't hold on-demand rights for.  When this occurs (for example on the Great! channels) the Sky platform will offer an alternative source for the content, which might well be Prime or another subscription / purchase service.
