I am supposed to have free subscription to Paramount + and have tried to set up an account to watch. I must have set one up previously but have forgotten my password. When I try to do a password reset to get an email to change my password, the email never arrives. I can't watch it because the password I think is correct is obviously not which is why I need to reset my password. I've tried to remove Paramount + from my subscriptions so that I could start again from scratch but the option is not available to I have a free subscription which I cannot use. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how have you resolved it ?
