No access to Discovery +

 we are still unable to access discovery +. Everytime I message discovery + we get so far & then they end the chat. Our sky account clearly shows accounts linked but discovery + say no but when we try to sign in it tells us to upgrade. We pay a lot of month to sky over a 12m period and no access for many months/years is not acceptable. Can anyone help us get access (I have seen other posts & we don't seem to be alone)
