When I try to watch Discovery+ I get a message to upgrade my pass. I have a discovery plus account already from before I had sky glass. When I access my Sky store, discovery plus is not an option. When I try online it says something has gone wrong, please try again later???

eventually I got there, had to sign out, then sign in again,
then activate my device again
really convoluted, but it is working, cheers

Is there a q r code box , can you use your phone to scan it, that might work
