Missing channel Disney plus

We have had Starlink fitted and all the Sky channels in our package are working but Disney plus is saying it's unavailable- can you assist please?

sky plus, sky Q , glass or stream

Disney+ is an app, not a channel.

 

Was this working on Sky hardware using your previous broadband connection?

They might be referring to the Disney+ Cinema channel on 305, I don't know why changing broadband would affect that, but the original post is a bit unclear.

Changing ISP might glich an app if it's doing something silly like storing network information locally.

 

Give the mention of Starlink, there's also the distinct possibility of some weird interaction going on.
