Sky apps don't work

I have the sky apps package but can't watch them when the engineer was here he said it was easy to do but I can't do it im not paying for something I can't watch

@merry+maz  SKy Go, where you have posted is an app, it doe snot support any apps itself, which Sky TV service do you have as it can't be a Sky Go issue

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
