Did you use the Sky Go app to download it to your Sky Q box ?

If you are a Sky Q Tv customer then try what I posted yesterday, use the Sky Go app to find this episode and select the download option, then select SD/HD to your box.

I'm not a Sky Q customer. I have the puck, Sky Stream, but I have just managed to find the missing episode on Sky Go and watch it on my phone! Thanks. I hope someone from Sky Customer Service is monitoring this conversation!

Me too, I can't find it anywhere! It's really jarring to skip an episode!
