I can't seem to watch the World Cup in UHD on my iplayer app

@Simon19872  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go App and iPlayer are two separate apps.

 

You don't say with Sky Platform this is on either?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

hi @Simon19872 

 

If you have SKY Q then you need to be aware that only the latest boxes (Hardware version 32B2xxx) have an iplayer version that supports UHD

 

Even though 32B1xxx boxes support HLG/HDR for SKY content the BBC app supplied does not support it

 

We generally recommend using the TVs own apps or other more recent tech such as Firesticks & Apple TV boxes
