VIP Tickets - Ballot Win Question

Hi all,

I've won some tickets via a ballot to a concert on Sunday. I'm following the link to the ticketmaster site on the confirmation email but after putting in the code and searching for the tickets, it says none available. 

Does winning tickets in the ballot not guarantee a reserved ticket? They said for tickets to be reserved at least 3 days in advance which this is....

I would send an email to Sky's ticketing team about this as you are not the first over the last few days to come across this issue, this is the address to contact them on - support @ skyticketit.com (with no spaces)
