Peacock is advertised as being able to show "Smother" - an Irish drama series, but I do not know how to access it.

That could be Peacock in American which is completely different to the UK version.

UKTV have (or at least had) the rights here - Both seasons have been shown on Alibi

~~I haven't looked yet but look for it in the On demand for Alibi~~

I have just looked in the On demand for Alibi but unfortunately I couldn't spot it

You are correct it isn't a channel but it is a streaming service available via Sky.
