Help to get my my film history

Hi it’s says i have watched 86 films ? But had a free trial for 4 weeks how do I check what films have been watched please xxx xxxx

So far as I'm aware, details of the films you've watched isn't maintained by Sky.

Thanks for answering I've had a message saying I have watched 86 films I'm lucky if I have watched 6 so I need to find out I'm a big worried

Where did you get the message that you watched 86 films?

 

Do you put your sky box on standby when you go to bed?

I got a free trial on sky movies but I have took it off and no I turn it off every night

I have got a message on my sky vip asking if I want to upgrade to movies for 6 a month then it says I have watched 86 films I'm confused

@Beck1000  I agree with @Mark39 I'm also not aware of sky recording such details 

 

how was the message received email or text? Can you post a screenshot of the message ensuring that you block out any personal information
