I have Netflix as part of my sky package

however when I try enter the App with my email I says I need to sign up to Netflix

When you first set up Netflix you would have needed to use an email & set a password spefically for Netflix

You will need to use this on any other device

(although some devices may alternatively give you a code to then use to authenticate having signed in on another device such as a tablet or PC)

@Jdrennan you need to create a Netflix account ( if you don't have one already). Then you follow the steps to link your Sky and Netflix accounts together: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-activate-netflix
