It will not let me put in my Date of Birth in the new HBO Max App

You need to go into the first box and arrow down to being up the numbers. I was trying to work that one out

I can't enter my date of birth on the HBO Max sign in using my remote control.  I've tried several times but nothing happens.

Try highlighting the input box and pressing Select (centre button on most Sky remotes)

A separate number pad should appear below the input box.

It's a nasty bit of interface design.

I have been at the box, and my phone will not let me activate it.

HBOMAX will not let me fill in my date of birth.  Have been able to complete everything else so far.  Getting boxes now with red border
