Below deck down under s1 ep13 missing

Hi! Watching below deck down under series 1 and when I download episode 13, it's a repeat of a previous episode so episode 13 missing. 

Can anyone help please

I used to pay a monthly subscription for Hayu but cancelled it when I heard that Hayu content was going to be included in my Sky Ultimate package. Now I can't watch any Hayu shows unless I resubscribe to Hayu. Anybody know how I access all my favourite Hayu shows without paying extra?

Go into TV shows section scroll down and there is a section called channels, scroll right and hayu is there. 

Or voice search and ask for reality TV and it will direct you to hayu.

Thank you! The only thing is, I don't think it'sas up to date on episodes as it should be.

Sorry can't help there never watched anything hayu. They only thing is select a series you watch and it will list everything available. I don't think on Sky it has the complete Hayu compared against the app but that costs I think £4.99 a month.

I've emailed viewer relations twice over the past 2 weeks. 

initially they stated they needed to wait for Hayu, this weeks episode (11) is available to stream but episode 10 still not available but shows in the listings as available to pay for through Amazon. 

this is going to be an ongoing issue moving forwards where sky can blame Hayu for failed availability of episodes. 

why didn't sky just negotiate the use of the app 🤷‍♂️

Bingo, hit the nail on the head.

I've already told them that it would save the problems and they've passed it on apparently.

I've also told them I'll be negotiating a discount on my monthly bill if it's not fixed by Monday so that I can just pay for the app since they can't provide the service I was offered when I signed up.

Because Hayu didn't want to?

Given that it's all within Comcast, I suspect someone at the top of a skyscraper in Philadelphia knows the answer and they aren't saying....

So sky/comcast Uk should have walked away from the table. 

half baked offerings just frustrate customers. 

but that's the sky way of doing things since streaming became a thing.

To be fair it's only one episode of BDM that is missing, all the other series are there. I think Sky are allowed one mistake so early into the launch.

It's the same table.

Hayu is a brand belonging to NBCUniversal, which is a division of Comcast.

Comcast intends to spin off NBCU and Sky as a separate company, so there are board-room shenanigans occurring.

@Babs8  search the on demand section of your hardware 

do not use the app as that isn't part of the free offering
