Hayu app issues

I recently have purchased sky. It might be sky stream? I'm not 100% sure because I'm not the most technical person. But it stated that Netflix and disney+ were included, I already had these and subscribed so I logged into these not a problem. It also said that Hayu was part of the package. I've never subscribed so I don't have a login, but I've been able to watch a few episodes of one of them below decks. Now I can't. It's asking me to either login, or subscribe. How can I watch the first 10-ish episodes and then all of a sudden I need to subscribe even though it's part of my package. Can anyone explain this please. What am I doing wrong and what do I need to do.

I'm guessing what you could watch through the HayU app was taster episodes. Some streaming services do this.

The HayU content is available On Demand rather than through the app

• Hayu shows are available on demand on Sky, but the Hayu app isn't included. You can find them just like a Sky Original. On your home screen, in the TV Shows section, and by searching or using voice control.

As above, the offer of being able to watch most shows on Hayu from Sky is with watching Hayu from On demand, not via the Hayu app.

You will need the Sky Ultimate TV pack.

It is not available if you have the Sky Essential TV pack.
