Sky tv remote control

Hello there

please can you tell me why you have designed the sky TV remote control to allow clicking sounds when changing channel etc? 
this is very annoying when your partner is using it and it wakes you up . Surely this was considered by your design team ? 
a silent one should be available. 
Please look into this .

@Jenny251 you've posted in the discussion forum for Sky Yahoo Mail. You haven't emailed Sky.

Have you changed to a different Sky tv platform? The remotes for each type of Sky box haven't changed.
