HBO MAX Access

How do I get HBO MAX on? As far as I know its activated

You can only get TNT Sports on HBO Max if you subscribe to TNT Sports. TNT Sports is not part of the standard or premium tiers of HBO Max its a separate (more expensive) subscription.
