Correct episode was on at 1am Sunday 13th

Tried downloading in UHD and got exactly the same wrong episode 😫. Has this worked for anyone else? Made sure I had permanently deleted all other episodes.
Disappointing and frustrating that Sky have still not sorted their mistake!

I recorded it, and that was the correct one. Have you tried downloading the episode from 1am? If that doesn't work I think it's showing again tonight?

I'm only catching up with this episode tonight and was confused. However it would appear my box has automatically recorded the correct episode 2 on Wednesday night even though I didn't set it. Thankfully I found this thread before I had watched too much of episode 4 and was able to watch the correct one instead

We have sky Glass and do not have the option to delete the recording from the playlist, I can remove and readd but not delete or permanently delete.
Is there anything we can do, we tried to start from beginning on tonights episode (11pm 13/11 on Sky Replay) but it came up with the wrong episode again (we missed the start by 10 mins) and Sky Glass doesn't have +1 😞

Welcome to the Community.
Do you mean that the content is showing on your play now rail (press home button, scroll down to playlist and then it appears on the right)? If this is the case, programmes should disappear off this rail when they've been watched. If you fast forward the content to the end, it should vanish from here.

Thanks @AllisonBay! Not sure why its not working for me. Missed 1am Sunday ep and 12.00am Ep last night was same wrong episode. Have also tried the UHD episode on demand but still getting the wrong one (have also deleted forever).

Can Sky please put the correct episode on catch-up, I have tried on numerious occasions to get episode two but so far it is still showing episode 4.

@Roy+mq The correct episode was put on Catch Up the following day. You do need to delete and permanantly delete the episode you have first.

I appreciate your reply, however, I have permenantly deleted the episode a number of times from manage recording and an still getting the wrong one on catch-up, I have also downloaded the episode from Skygo and its still the wrong one. Its very frustrating, I can't understand why some people are getting the correct episode and I'm still getting episode 4.

Yes I have, I'm going to disconnect SKY and download it again - see if that helps, I'll let you know if it works.

we have been trying since the 8th to watch this episode. We have followed the instructions on here around deleting and permanently deleting the previous wrong episode but everything it's the wrong episode. How do we sort this!!! It's getting frustrating now.
