For those on Sky Glass with the issue. Fix is to skip the episode to the end. This clears it from your playlist. Then search and play it from the start 😃

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@cobb34 The episode that downloads when downloading episode 2 was fixed the day after the initial error. I've just tried it again to check and it downloads episode 2 (starting with Dr Lim eating breakfast).
Have you definitely deleted and permanantly deleted any current versions of the download before trying again.

Hi,
Have you tried to go the end of the incorrect episode, then delete it and ensure it's deleted, then search for the show, click it, go to the episode and download it.
For me it worked on my android

It was corrected the day after the initial error. If yours is still showing Ep 4, then Ep 4 must still be on your box somewhere, probably in the Deleted folder.

Hi, thanks for the reply but I deleted any copies from the sky memory and retired multiple times to download it with the same results.

It cannot just be me. I've started to watch tonight's The Good Doctor detailed as series 6 episode 4 onky tk realise that it's the episode that aired last week? I noted a previous post stating that the episode number had been confuse fir the showing 08th November. When will this be resolved please or do we need to wait until next week and hope S6eo5 will actually be shown? Thank you

I find it more than incredible that mistakes like this are happening more and more, the Irish EPG, especially for the Irish channels is quite often a complete work of fiction, and the number of times that series link is not working correctly is increasing almost on a weekly basis, and it's very annoying when a number of episodes are being shown back to back at a weekend, and then don't correctly record because someone can't get the basics right.
We pay a very high price each month for what is supposed to be a premium service, it's becoming increasingly a cut price low cost option, with basic mistakes being tolerated at all levels, and there comes a point where moving to a significantly lower cost option is looking very tempting, if Sky want to keep their prices high, then that has to come with a service level that matches it, and things like showing wrong episodes really does not hack it any more.

The Good Doctor. Season 6 episode 6. Expected to watch but only up to episode 4 which we have already watched. What has gone wrong. Already missed out on episode 2/3 as that was not aired?????
