Gilded Age s03 e4 won’t play. I get ovp 21 as an error code?

I can't watch the latest episode of the Gilded Age   S03 e04 for some reason.  I've tried logging out, deleting the Now app and restarting all devices with no luck.  Any idea what's happening? I get ovp 21.  
I can play all other episodes as well as other content from the app. Thanks.

You have posted on the Sky+ board. Sky+ doesn't have apps so is this on your Smart TV or a different Sky TV platform?

What platform have you got the Now app installed on as it isn't a Sky+ box where you had posted this and what is actually happening so if you are seeing an onscreen message what does it say ?

As this seems to be a problem with Now Tv, they are a separate company to Sky (though with common ownership)

 

It may be best to try to contact Now through their own social media accounts
